What do I need to do?

Locate the serial number on your television. You will find it on the back of the television on a white label with a barcode. If the television is wall-mounted you may need to remove it from the wall and remove the mounting plate as the serial is located in the centre between the mounting threads. Use the image below to help you locate it.

By entering the TV’s serial number, you will be able to see if the product is included and, if so, follow the online steps to arrange for a replacement plug lead to be sent free of charge.
